"The app works fine overall and checking..."
The app works fine overall and checking out was easy, but I did notice it loads a bit slowly at times. It’s not a huge deal, but it’s the kind of thing that gets annoying when you’re just trying to get in and finish an order quickly

"Wish there were more brands to browse"
I was browsing through this while waiting for my coffee to cool down, and I expected a lot more brand options. It felt like I kept seeing the same stuff over and over, so it got kind of boring quickly.

"Disappointed"
They looked decent online, but once I got them, the quality just felt cheap for what I paid. Meh. After only a few wears, they already started looking worn out. not worth the money

The shoes are fine overall, but I wouldn’t say they’re super comfortable. Maybe it’s just because I’m on my feet a lot, or I’m used to softer shoes, but they didn’t really impress me. Not bad, just okay...

I was hoping to find a decent pair of everyday shoes, but everything felt really outdated and kind of looked the same. Nothing stood out or felt like something I’d actually want to wear regularly. On top of that, the vibe I got while asking about options was off-putting, like I was being talked down to instead of helped. Just not a great experience overall.

I ordered a pair of shoes on ccc.eu and picked them up in store the next day. The confirmation email came through really fast, and the staff found my package in about 2 minutes. The size was right, everything was packed nicely, and there was basically "no waiting around". Really simple experience overall, and I’d definitely use click and collect again

I ordered a pair of shoes from ccc.eu and the packaging was just really disappointing. The box arrived crushed and half open, with no extra protection inside at all. The shoes themselves were okay, but they looked like they’d just been tossed around during delivery. For an order like this, I expected much better. I don’t think I’ll be ordering again...

I was expecting the website to be a little easier to use, but it’s kind of hit or miss. Shopping itself works fine, so it’s not a bad experience, but the filters can be confusing and some pages take longer to load than I thought they would. Overall it gets the job done, just feels a bit messier than I expected

"Complaint didn’t really seem to go anywhere"
I put in a complaint and, from what I could tell, I just kept getting copy-and-paste replies. I can’t say for sure that nobody looked into it properly, but it definitely felt like the issue wasn’t really checked. Then it got closed like everything was handled, even though nothing seemed resolved on my end. Frustrating and felt like a waste of time.

"I returned my order weeks ago and still..."
I returned my order weeks ago and still haven’t gotten my refund. Every time I contact support, they just tell me to keep waiting, which feels misleading at this point. They charged me right away, but now that it’s time to give the money back, everything is suddenly moving super slow. Really frustrating experience.

"Worth checking when the sales are on"
I usually shop on ccc.eu when there’s a discount running, that’s when it feels most worth it. The prices can get good, and the promo codes I tried worked without any issues. Delivery wasn’t lightning fast, but it arrived fine, so I can’t really complain. For me, it’s one of those sites where timing makes the difference — if you catch the right deal, it feels like a smart buy. I’d order again.

"Loyalty perks are decent, but could be better"
I do appreciate the occasional discounts from the loyalty program, and they’ve saved me a little money here and there. That said, the perks don’t really feel that exciting or special compared to what other places offer. It’s nice to have, but I wouldn’t say it’s a big reason to keep coming back

The tracking just wasn’t accurate for me. I kept checking it and it didn’t seem to match what was actually happening, so I’m not sure if it was just my order or if others have experienced the same thing.

I only wore these shoes twice and the sole already started coming off. Disappointing because I really expected them to last a lot longer than that.

"Delivery was all over the place"
I ordered a pair of shoes from ccc.eu the delivery was a total mess. The tracking didn’t update for days, and then the parcel showed up way later than it was supposed to. Customer service wasn’t much help either, so I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again. Just too unreliable for me.

I use ccc.eu mostly when I can’t find my size in-store, especially on days when I’m already mentally drained and don’t feel like checking a bunch of places. Most of the time the availability is good, and it’s clear which sizes and colors are in stock. One pair did go out of stock after I added it to my cart, which was annoying, but overall it’s still a easy way to find something
